Set-up
The mentorship programme lasts for one year and consists of both joint meetings with all mentors and mentees and meetings between the individual mentor and mentee pairs. The joint meetings are intended to provide inspiration and tools for mentorship. There will be three such meetings during the year:
Introductory meeting
We discuss mentorship and give tips for the individual meetings. The mentors meet with their mentees, and the pairs work together to define goals for the year.
Mentee meeting
For mentees only
Mentor meeting
For mentors only
Follow-up meeting
We discuss how the work has gone thus far and any questions or concerns that have come up in relation to the mentorship.
Closing meeting
We bring this year’s programme to a close and perform an evaluation.
In addition to the joint meetings, each mentor/mentee pair meets about once a month (2 hours per meeting is recommended). The mentor and mentee shall decide the time and location of these meetings together.
